Interior Designer

Role: Interior Designer Experience: 2 to 5 Years Location: New Delhi Job summary Join our dynamic team as an Interior Designer, where you will be responsible for creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing design solutions for our residential, real estate, and institutional projects. Key Responsibilities Design Development : Develop and present design concepts in alignment with client requirements and project goals, ensuring functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal. Project Management : Oversee the design process from conception to execution, coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project completion on time and within budget. Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate feedback into design revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Material Selection : Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept and client's budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Space Planning : Create detailed space plans that optimize the use of space while enhancing the flow and functionality of the areas being designed. Software Proficiency : Auto-CAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape Key Requirements Experience : 2-5 years of experience in interior design, preferably within the real estate or residential sectors. Education : Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field with a specialization in other relevant areas. Technical Skills : Proficiency in design software and relevant tools required for project execution and presentation.
