Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager for Interiors. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and maintaining long-standing relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing strategies to expand the customer base, preparing and delivering pitches to potential clients, and collaborating with the team to ensure superior project delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management Knowledge of the interior design market and industry standards Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to conduct market research and develop strategic business plans Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and within a team Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Show more Show less
