Job Description

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Generate leads and actively reach out to prospective clients to present the companys products/services.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement strategic growth plans.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals in alignment with company goals and pricing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience (2–5 years) in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with the solar Industries, landscape and key stakeholders is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B sales and high-value deal negotiation.
Ability to think strategically and identify new revenue streams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
