Job Description

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Generate leads and actively reach out to prospective clients to present the companys products/services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement strategic growth plans.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals in alignment with company goals and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with the solar Industries, landscape and key stakeholders is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales and high-value deal negotiation.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify new revenue streams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
