Role Summary:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with decision-makers, and pitching our services and offerings. Youll play a key role in driving revenue growth through disciplined follow-ups, strategic outreach, and persuasive communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach

    • Identify and reach out to corporate Businesses, SMEs, and government departments.
    • Initiate contact with CXOs, IT heads, and procurement officers to introduce our services.

  • Client Engagement & Pitching

    • Present tailored solutions and offerings based on client needs.
    • Conduct product demos, presentations, and proposal discussions.

  • Follow-Up & Pipeline Management

    • Maintain disciplined and consistent follow-ups with prospects.
    • Track leads, opportunities, and conversions .

  • Negotiation & Closure

    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
    • Close deals and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
  • Sales Target Achievement

    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Contribute to strategic sales planning and forecasting.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in

    Hindi, English, and Gujarati

  • Proven experience in

    IT sales, concept selling, and software services

  • Excellent

    negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and a

    go-getter attitude

  • Ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Willingness to

    travel

    for client meetings, events, and networking
