We are hiring for an Immediate Joiner – Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly the Customer Service module , with the ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. We are looking for a hands-on leader and problem solver who can drive architecture decisions, provide technical guidance, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. 📍 Location : Work from Home 🕒 Availability : Immediate / within 15–20 days 🌍 Must have : Active Passport (for identity verification) Key Responsibilities * Lead the solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM (focus on Customer Service ). * Design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant CRM solutions. * Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices. * Translate business requirements into functional & technical designs * Oversee integration, data migration, and customization of CRM modules. * Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards . * Be hands-on with coding, troubleshooting, and performance optimization * Collaborate with stakeholders & remote team members across business and technology functions. 🎯 Required Skills & Experience * 12+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (with strong expertise in Customer Service Module ). * Proven experience in solution architecture & team leadership * Strong background in Power Platform, Plugins, Workflows, Customizations, and Integrations. * Ability to design, code, and optimize solutions for performance and scalability. * Knowledge of security models, compliance frameworks, and data governance . * Experience with Azure Services, SSO & integration patterns is a plus. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. * Immediate availability / join within 15–20 day.
