Job Description

We at Aegis Global are recruiting for Salesforce consultants to join our growing team on Immediate basis.

Job Overview:

Senior Salesforce Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
Lead solution design and implementation across
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Design and implement Marketing Cloud journeys, especially those leveraging
Mobile Push Notifications
Drive improvements to CRM architecture, data models, and integrations with external systems.
Provide strategic input for CRM roadmap and future enhancements.
Support UAT, training, and documentation for end-users.
Act as a trusted advisor to ensure optimal platform usage and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting experience.
Proven expertise in
Sales Cloud
and
Service Cloud
implementation and customization.
Advanced experience in
Marketing Cloud
, especially
Mobile Studio
and
Push Notification Journeys.
Strong understanding of data segmentation, automation, personalization, and campaign performance analytics.
Experience with APIs, integrations, and multi-cloud environments.
Salesforce certifications preferred (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred Traits:

Self-driven with a consultative mindset.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
