About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end technical design, development, customization, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Act as the primary technical authority for all CRM-related projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and Microsoft best practices.
  • Develop complex plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps integrations.
  • Perform integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other enterprise applications using APIs, Azure services, and middleware tools.
  • Optimize CRM performance, security, and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers.
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project managers to deliver on time and within scope.
  • Troubleshoot critical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft updates, new features, and roadmap for Dynamics 365 CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years

    of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with at least

    5 years

    in Dynamics 365 Online.
  • Strong expertise in CRM customization, configuration, workflows, business rules, and Power Platform integration.
  • Advanced development skills in

    C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript

    , and

    FetchXML

    .
  • Proven experience in CRM integrations with third-party systems.
  • Knowledge of

    Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus

    , and

    Dataverse

    .
  • Strong understanding of CRM security model, performance tuning, and data management best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with

    solution management, DevOps pipelines

    , and deployment strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
  • Experience in AI Builder, Virtual Agents, and advanced Power BI integration.
  • Exposure to Dynamics 365 modules like Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, or Marketing.
