Senior Technical Lead – Dynamics CRM

Are you a Dynamics CRM expert ready to lead large-scale CRM implementations and inspire a team of talented developers? We’re looking for a Senior Technical Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join our growing team.

This is a permanent work from home role, with exciting opportunities to work on enterprise-scale projects across global clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead technical architecture and end-to-end delivery of Dynamics CRM projects (Sales & Customer Service modules).
• Architect and implement complex customizations, workflows, ribbon customizations, business process flows, and automations .
• Oversee integration with Power BI, Power Platform, and Power Portals.
• Manage and mentor junior developers, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, solution architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-performance, scalable, and secure CRM applications.

Must-Have Skills:

1. 10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 (Sales & Customer Service modules).
2. Strong experience in: Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Portals)
3. Power BI integration, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom Workflows, Business Rules
4. Ribbon Workbench & Command Bar customizations
5. Deep understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and deployment models (on-premise & cloud).
6. Experience working with Azure services, Dataverse, and custom connectors is a plus.
7. Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage distributed development environments.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
