We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Client Acquisition Executive to join our team. Candidates with 06 months of B2B sales experience or fresh graduates (BMS/BCOM) eager to start a career in Staffing & Recruitment are welcome to apply.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to generate leads, and a proactive sales approach. Prior experience in business development, client acquisition, or working with consultancies will be an added advantage.
* Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and co-founders.
* Utilize an aggressive sales approach to achieve targets and expand business.
* Generate leads through various channels (knowledge of Naukri Portal is a plus).
* Demonstrate understanding of diverse industries to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
* Work with consultancy teams to tailor offerings to client needs.
* 06 months of sales/BD experience; freshers with BMS/BCOM degree can apply.
* Preferably from the Central Line for easy commute.
* Strong connections with HR professionals/co-founders (preferred).
* Ability to generate leads and maintain client data (optional).
* Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Honest, enthusiastic, and confident speaker.
