Head of Design

technical excellence, innovation, compliance, and efficiency

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the
design and drafting team
.
Design and review
pressure reactors, Nutsche filters, flow systems, skid-mounted assemblies, and heat exchangers
.
Ensure compliance with
ASME, DIN, IS, CE, ATEX
standards.
Collaborate with
sales, production, quality, and R&D teams
for feasibility and manufacturability.
Drive
CAD/CAE optimization, BOM standardization, and design automation
.

Key Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech Mechanical (M.Tech preferred)
1220 years in
equipment design
, preferably process plant or capital goods
Strong knowledge of
pressure vessels, rotating equipment, heat exchangers, and fluid systems
Proficiency in
Solid Works, AutoCAD
, and other CAD tools
Proven team leadership and mentoring skills
