Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive Industry: Mobile & Laptop Accessories Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–4 Years Salary: ₹ 20,000 + Incentives Company Overview: We are a fast-growing brand in the mobile and laptop accessories space, offering high-quality tech essentials including chargers, earphones, cases, screen protectors, USB hubs, keyboards, and more. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our retail and online presence across India. Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and tech-savvy Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our customer base, manage retail accounts, and execute marketing campaigns for our range of gadgets and accessories. The role involves direct selling, B2B engagement, market research, and digital marketing coordination. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales through offline retail stores, B2B distributors, and online platforms. Build strong relationships with retailers, resellers, and electronics stores. Promote product awareness through in-store demos, exhibitions, and trade shows. Develop and execute marketing strategies for product launches and seasonal campaigns. Coordinate with design and marketing teams for social media promotions and online visibility. Collect customer feedback and analyse market trends to suggest product improvements. Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and product placement across channels. Prepare sales reports and meet monthly targets. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1–4 years of experience in consumer electronics, retail sales, or accessories marketing. Strong product knowledge in mobile and laptop accessories. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus. Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the assigned region. Preferred Attributes: Experience in dealing with online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, or local e-commerce platforms. Understanding of customer behavior in electronics retail. Self-starter with a passion for gadgets and new tech trends.
