Designation: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Hyderabad

Timings: 10:00 am to 7:00pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving lead generation, building client relationships, and supporting customer success initiatives. This position requires a proactive professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple outreach channels while maintaining data accuracy and delivering pipeline visibility to leadership.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, running effective outreach campaigns, monitoring RFPs, and nurturing long-term business relationships. You will collaborate closely with the sales and leadership team to ensure qualified leads, accurate reporting, and strong customer support. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead prospecting and qualification of potential clients through multiple channels.

  • Run outreach campaigns via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, Jeeva, Snov.io, and other platforms.

  • Ensure timely updates in CRM systems and maintain data accuracy across the pipeline.

  • Provide reporting, insights, and pipeline updates to leadership on a regular basis.

  • Monitor RFPs (Request for Proposals) and identify new business opportunities.

  • Build and nurture strategic partner relationships to enhance business growth.

  • Support customer success initiatives to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

  • Deliver high-quality customer service with strong phone etiquette and client engagement skills.

  • Contribute to overall sales and business development strategies by providing feedback and market insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 2–5 years in lead generation, sales, or business development.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Approach: Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with outreach tools (Snov.io, LinkedIn, Jeeva, CRMs, etc.).
Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
Education: Open to all educational backgrounds.
Industry Experience: Candidates from any domain are welcome.
