Sales Officer

As a Sales Officer Dealer & Distributor at Kosher, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets through the dealer and distributor network. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. By conducting market visits, analyzing competitor activity and market trends, you will contribute to the growth and success of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets through the dealer and distributor network. - Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors for long-term partnerships. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the network. - Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and gather customer feedback. - Provide excellent customer service and manage and resolve complaints professionally. - Collaborate with the internal sales team to achieve regional targets. - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement. - Maintain accurate sales records and reports. Requirements: - 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or tissue industry. - Strong knowledge of the Bangalore market and dealer/distributor network. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Education: - Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
