About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our growing cybersecurity education and certification business. This is an end-to-end sales role where you'll own the complete sales cycle—from initial outreach to deal closure—working with enterprise clients globally to help them build secure software development practices through our industry-leading certification programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Business Development

  • Manage and convert inbound leads from various marketing channels into qualified opportunities
  • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to enterprise organizations across multiple industry verticals (Healthcare, Financial Services, Technology, Manufacturing, Government)
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship development

Sales Execution

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations of our certification programs including Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP), Certified AI Security Professional (CAISP), Certified Container Security Expert (CCSE), and other specialized security certifications
  • Understand client pain points and articulate value propositions tailored to their security challenges and training needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong margin discipline
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Client Engagement

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand enterprise security training requirements
  • Develop customized training proposals for Security Champions programs and team upskilling initiatives
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers including CISOs, Security Leaders, Engineering Managers, and L&D heads
  • Provide consultative guidance on certification pathways and program design

Communication & Collaboration

  • Craft professional, persuasive email communications that drive engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasting
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings

Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in EdTech, Cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT Training
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and DevSecOps practices (or willingness to learn quickly)

Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives
  • Strong presentation and storytelling abilities
  • Professional email etiquette and persuasive writing skills
  • Comfortable conducting video calls and virtual presentations
