About the Role:

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be a key part of our growth journey. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients. You’ll be representing our brand in conversations with startups, MSMEs, and corporate decision-makers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, email, and market databases.

  • Generate and qualify leads via cold calls, cold emails, or networking.
  • Client Outreach & Relationship Building:

  • Initiate contact with prospects to present our services.

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and understand client needs.
  • Sales Pitch & Proposal Development:

  • Present tailored solutions to clients based on their pain points.

  • Prepare and share pitch decks, proposals, and pricing documents.
  • Follow-ups & Closures:

  • Follow up consistently on conversations to move leads through the funnel.

  • Negotiate terms and close deals.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with lead-gen goals.

  • Maintain lead and sales pipeline data using CRM tools or Excel.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback on market trends.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
  • Comfortable with using LinkedIn, email tools, CRMs (like Zoho/Salesforce), and MS Excel.
  • Experience in B2B services, consulting, or startup ecosystem is a plus.
