Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive – Power Products & IT Hardware

Experience: 3–5 years in Sales & Marketing of Electrical, Electronics, or IT Hardware Products

Job Location: Vadodara Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales of UPS, stabilizers, SMF batteries, and IT hardware products (servers, networking devices, desktops, laptops).

• Identify and target potential customers in industrial, corporate, and data center segments.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical/commercial negotiations.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth for the company.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

• Coordinate with technical/service teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and after-sales support.

• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand business reach.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of power electronics products (UPS, batteries, stabilizers) and IT hardware solutions.

• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer solutions.

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.

Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.

• 3–5 years of experience in sales/marketing of power or IT hardware products.

Preferred:

• Experience in Marketing, sales for Power electrical and IT infrastructure.

• Knowledge of corporate and industrial procurement processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
