Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at NPR Design, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, spoken and written English, and email marketing skills will be essential in expanding our client base and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize MS-Excel to analyze market trends, track sales data, and identify potential business opportunities.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing, to pitch our services and negotiate deals.
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to reach out to potential clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. Prepare Sales Pitches & Present to prospects.
Identify and research new business leads, networking opportunities, and industry events to expand our reach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and materials that showcase our services and attract new clients.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to the management team.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to continuously improve our business development strategies.
Execute HR Recruitment, Interview scheduling, Candidate Filtering & Team Management in the agency.
