Responsibilities:


  • Brand Strategy & Research:

    Conduct comprehensive 360-degree digital marketing and social media audits for assigned brands, including in-depth competitor research to identify opportunities and best practices. Lead ongoing content research to fuel innovative campaigns.


  • Content Development & Management:

  • Oversee the entire content creation lifecycle, from ideation to execution.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to ensure high-quality, on-brand visual assets are developed.
  • Develop engaging copies and captions for all social media platforms.
  • Maintain and align content decks for timely client approvals and scheduled posting, ensuring effective hashtag strategies are integrated.
  • Implement and manage weekly Online Reputation Management (ORM) for all brands.


  • Team Leadership & Coordination:

    Assign tasks to the creative team (designers, copywriters, etc.) and diligently follow up to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.


  • Influencer & Partnership Management:

    Identify, outreach, and coordinate with relevant influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach.


  • Platform-Specific Strategies:

    Develop and execute specialized strategies for platforms like Pinterest and Quora to drive brand awareness and engagement.


  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:

    Generate comprehensive monthly performance reports, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Develop and refine hashtag strategies based on performance data.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Assist and coordinate closely with the Paid Media Strategy and Management department on boosts and Ad Manager campaign setup, ensuring seamless integration with organic efforts.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, coordinating approvals and gathering necessary information to ensure smooth project flow.


  • Account Hygiene & Quality Control:

    Maintain high standards of account hygiene and upkeep across all platforms. Implement rigorous quality control measures for all developed content before publishing.


  • Client Servicing + Account Management:

    Maintain steady communication and offer brand solutions to clients across the board.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • A genuine

    love for copywriting & creative execution with AI & Humans :)

    with a proven ability to craft compelling and brand-consistent narratives.
  • Diploma or advanced certification in Digital Marketing is a plus
