Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured daily outbound communication through calls → introduction emails → WhatsApp → follow-up calls.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings with prospective clients for the senior BD team.
Maintain accurate and updated call logs, lead sheets, and CRM entries.
  • Share regular market insights, client objections, and feedback for refining messaging and strategy.
  • Support proposal creation, document follow-ups, and client response tracking.
Coordinate internally with marketing and research teams for campaign alignment.
