Role Overview

Business Development Executive (Exports)

lead generation, client relationship management, and export coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and onboard

  Agents, importers, distributors, and large buyers

  in target markets (USA, UK, EU, Australia, Middle East).
• Generate new leads through

  LinkedIn, B2B platforms (Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia), exhibitions, and cold outreach.

• Conduct

  market research

  to identify potential regions and customer segments.
• Manage

  sales pipeline

  , from first contact to order closure.
• Prepare and share

  quotations, product catalogs, and proforma invoices.

• Coordinate

  sample shipments

  and product customisation requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams for

  production planning, export documentation, and dispatch follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate

  CRM entries

  and prepare weekly & monthly sales reports.
• Participate in

  international trade exhibitions

  and represent GoEco globally.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships for repeat business.
• Contribute ideas for

  market expansion, pricing strategies, and product development.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–6 years of proven experience in

  international business development, exports, or B2B sales

  .
• Industry experience in

  HORECA

  ,

  Food

  Packaging, FMCG, Food Packaging, Disposable Tableware, or Catering Supplies.

• Strong understanding of

  INCOTERMS, export documentation, and logistics coordination.

• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and presentation

  skills.
• Proficient in

  CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho)

  and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages (Spanish / French / Arabic) is a plus.
