As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a strong and experienced Production / Operations Head to streamline our processes and lead with excellence.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and highly qualified Production/Operations Head to manage our full-scale manufacturing and project operations. You will be responsible for overseeing PEB shed manufacturing, civil site execution, and tool room activities — ensuring on-time delivery, top-notch quality, and optimized resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end production for PEB shed fabrication, civil works, and tool room

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and process improvements

• Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and installation teams

• Ensure cost control, manpower efficiency, and material utilization

• Manage machine shop operations (VMC, CNC, Laser, Press Brake)

• Monitor KPIs across departments and lead continuous improvement

• Maintain safety and compliance protocols at plant and sites

• Identify and mitigate project risks and operational bottlenecks

• Report directly to the directors on performance and strategy

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil / Production Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial fabrication or construction

• Strong technical knowledge of steel structures, fabrication, and machining

• Hands-on expertise in VMC, CNC, and PEB manufacturing operations

• Proven ability to lead production teams and multi-project execution

• Experience in ERP or production management systems

• Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills

• Prior experience in civil contracting or infrastructure projects is a plus
