We strive to deliver instruments that bring joy and elevate music experiences for professionals and enthusiasts alike.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager, located in Kolkata with the flexibility of some work-from-home options. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, optimize processes for efficiency, coordinate with teams to ensure seamless production, and maintain high-quality standards. They will also focus on managing vendor relationships, overseeing supply chain operations, coordinating with production scheduling, implementing inventory control strategies, and monitoring equipment maintenance. Collaboration with leadership to align operational goals with organizational objectives will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams
Knowledge in supply chain management and inventory control methods
Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee operations efficiently
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities for process optimization
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with vendors and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in using operations management software and tools
Experience in music production, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
