We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to take full ownership of daily business operations across multiple companies. This is a foundational role focused on execution, process control, team coordination, and operational discipline. Looking some one who can be promoted in COO role The ideal candidate ensures work is completed on time, systems are followed, and the founder is freed from daily follow-ups.
