We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, managing teams, and driving operational excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the overall branch operations, ensuring efficiency and high service quality.
• Oversee departmental workflows, coordinate with internal teams, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Handle staff management including scheduling, task allocation, performance monitoring, and team development.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, patient service standards, and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with senior management for operational planning, budget execution, and process improvements.
• Manage facility operations, inventory, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks.
• Address operational escalations and work towards continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and handle branch-level responsibilities independently.
• Good understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and service standards.
