Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to lead and drive our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups to close deals effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as: Lead conversion rate , Daily call volume and talk time, Sales closure rate , Upselling success rate and Team productivity metrics Conduct regular training, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to build a high-performing sales culture. Drive Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs within the team to boost morale and celebrate top performers. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or tele sales environment. Experience managing a team and driving performance improvements. Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
