About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Team Lead for our Virtual Office
vertical. We are looking for individuals who can build the team (hire and train the right
people), drive sales targets, have strong communication skills, know their way around CRM
solutions, are user centric and can lead teams to perform their 100%. This is a strategic and
hands-on role, with a target of building, managing, and inspiring a high-performing team.
This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives on ownership, creative

will be in charge of the team s revenue and all aspects related to it - covering team
leadership, user acquisition, user retention, cross functional collaboration and building
growth centric and sustainable business processes.

Role and Responsibilities
Team Building & Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor an inside sales team focused on achieving aggressive
- targets through consultative selling.
- Foster a collaborative culture grounded in shared goals, constant learning, and
- myHQ values.
- Lead by example, motivating the team to exceed benchmarks and deliver
- exceptional results.
- Actively support team members career growth with regular coaching and feedback.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Optimize the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure,
- ensuring high conversion at every stage.
- Drive discipline in sales activity tracking and daily/weekly reporting via CRM and
- internal dashboards.
- Analyze performance metrics (lead response time, conversion rates, sales velocity,
- pipeline health) to identify growth levers and address gaps.
- Develop expertise in the solution and be the go-to expert for product pitch and
positioning.
Revenue planning and delivery:
- Own the team s monthly and quarterly revenue targets, develop effective forecasts,
and allocate targets smartly among team members.
- Monitor progress daily, recalibrating plans to meet revenue objectives.
- Strengthen user experience, ensuring sustainable revenue realization.

- Location: Gurgaon / Noida (we are hiring for a team Lead for both offices)
- Work from office role
- 6 days working with Saturday s WFH
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in a sales leadership/inside sales team lead role, preferably
in a high-growth B2B or product-led environment.
- Hands-on experience managing business P&L/sales targets and driving team
accountability
- Exceptional communication and people management skills with a passion for
mentoring and motivating teams.
- Analytical thinker, comfortable working with data to make decisions and present
insights.
- Solution-driven, humble, perseverant, and ready to tackle new challenges
- Someone with past experience of leading an Inside Sales team (Compulsory)
