Essential Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Analytical and decision-making abilities.
Understanding of business processes and resource allocation.
Familiarity with operational software and productivity tools.
Handling dispatches and troubleshooting of TVs and Tablets
Managing VDP License Console and Scale fusion License Console
Creating Purchase Requisitions and following up on procurement and payments
Managing tickets and coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams
Maintaining inventory, conducting hardware audits, stock updates, and reconciliation
Managing operational and inventory-related data
