Job Description

We are #hiring for a leading non profit!




  • Implement scale-up program implementation
  • Liasoning with the M&E team - Data collection for need assessment, baseline, endline and monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with donor requirements and timely reporting
  • Contribute to team members in their fundraising efforts and provide relevant support during key fundraising pitch
  • Work with the communications team to create compelling narratives and impact stories that resonate with donors and stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization at relevant conferences, workshops, and networking events as and when required
  • Support the management in strategic planning and organizational development



Job Requirements:


  • 3-5 years of working in the development/non-profit sector with at least 2 years of work experience in operations
  • Good understanding of working on tech tools such as excel, word, CRM, and data collection application
  • Exposure to solar energy domain would be preferred
