Operations Manager

Location: Dahisar, Mumbai

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and coordinate teams, optimize workflows, ensure compliance with operational standards, and monitor performance metrics to achieve key business objectives. The role also involves identifying and resolving operational issues, managing resources and budgets efficiently, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of processes.

• Proficiency in operational planning, workflow optimization, and process improvement
• Experience with budgeting, resource management, and performance monitoring
• Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in tools and software commonly used for operations management
• Industry experience, particularly in luxury goods or jewelry, is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
