Supervise storekeepers and helpers to ensure smooth inward/outward flow of goods Monitor stock levels of raw materials (jaggery, ghee, wheat flour, honey, packaging, etc.) and finished products (biscuits, powders, drinks, etc.) Implement FIFO / FEFO (First In First Out / First Expiry First Out) strictly Check & approve daily stock entries in ERP/Excel/Tally Conduct weekly/monthly physical stock audits → reconcile with system records Report stock shortages, damages, and wastage to management Coordinate with production, purchase, and sales teams for demand forecasting Maintain hygiene, safety, and pest-control standards in warehouse Train & guide storekeepers on inventory best practices Develop inventory control policies to prevent pilferage or mismatch Education: Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Business preferred; diploma acceptable if experienced Experience: 2–5 years in warehouse/store management, ideally in FMCG/food manufacturing Strong knowledge of Excel, Tally, or Inventory ERP Understanding of stock reconciliation and reporting Leadership & team management Problem-solving and decision-making High integrity and discipline Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
