Key Responsibilities: - Identify and connect with wedding planners, caterers, event organizers, and families planning weddings/events. - Present our jaggery-based snacks, sweets, and bhaji as part of event food offerings. - Create customized bulk order packages for weddings and functions. - Coordinate with production and delivery teams for smooth order execution. - Showcase products at wedding expos, food tasting sessions, and community events. - Maintain relationships with repeat customers, wedding planners, and vendors. - Track leads, sales, and event-based revenue. Key Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication and networking skills. - Ability to connect with wedding planners, caterers, and high-value customers. - Strong organizational and negotiation abilities. - Creativity in presenting products for events. - Knowledge of wedding/event industry trends is a plus. Qualifications: - Graduate preferred; event management background a plus. - 1-3 years of experience in event planning, catering sales, or wedding industry preferred. - Freshers with strong communication and passion for events can also apply. In addition to a base salary of 12,000-18,000 (depending on experience), you will receive an attractive commission (24% per event order) and performance bonuses, with on-target monthly earnings ranging from 25,000-45,000.
