About Us

We are a natural food and wellness company crafting premium products like jaggery biscuits, millet-based flours, healthy snacks, and natural sweeteners. We are looking for a passionate Artisan Baker who specializes in healthy, handcrafted bakery products that combine traditional methods with modern innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production & Baking
  • Prepare and bake biscuits, cookies, and healthy bakery items/snacks using jaggery, millet flour, desi ghee, and other natural ingredients.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and quality across batches.
  • Develop and test new bakery recipes aligned with company vision (healthy, natural, innovative).
  • Quality & Hygiene
  • Ensure all bakery processes follow food safety standards (FSSAI).
  • Maintain hygiene in the bakery kitchen and equipment.
  • Control wastage of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Creativity & Innovation
  • Experiment with millet, jaggery, and natural sweetener-based recipes.
  • Work closely with R&D team to launch seasonal/innovative products (e.g., festive biscuits, health snacks).
  • Suggest packaging and presentation ideas for bakery products.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Guide assistants and packaging staff for proper handling of products.
  • Work with warehouse and sales team to plan production as per demand.
  • Inventory & Reporting
  • Track daily raw material usage and finished product output.
  • Inform management of shortages in raw materials (flour, ghee, jaggery, etc.).
  • Maintain production logs and quality records.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in baking biscuits, cookies, and artisan breads/pastries (healthy baking preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of natural/alternative ingredients (jaggery, millet, oats, honey, stevia).
  • Passion for innovation and creativity in baking.
  • High attention to detail for quality and presentation.
  • Ability to manage time and production schedules effectively.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Baking & Confectionery / Culinary Arts.
  • 2–5 years of professional baking experience (healthy or artisan bakery preferred).
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
