Role Overview

The Telecaller/Telemarketer will play a key role in outbound and inbound calling, engaging with potential and existing customers, sharing product knowledge, and generating sales or leads. The role requires excellent communication, persuasive skills, and enthusiasm for promoting healthy products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote jaggery and superfood products.
  • Answer inbound customer queries related to product details, pricing, and offers.
  • Explain health benefits, product usage, and seasonal promotions to encourage purchases.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel).
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past customers to ensure repeat sales.
  • Work closely with the outlet team to coordinate deliveries, discounts, and loyalty programs.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Share customer feedback with management to improve sales strategy.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel or CRM software.
  • Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for healthy and natural food products is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
  • Prior experience in Telecalling/Telemarketing/sales preferred (FMCG, retail, or food industry is a bonus).
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
