Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for in-store sales, customer engagement, and product promotion. The role requires passion for healthy living, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive sales attitude to drive awareness and sales of jaggery and superfood products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in choosing from jaggery and superfood product ranges.
  • Educate customers about health benefits, usage ideas, and unique qualities of our products.
  • Achieve sales targets (daily/weekly/monthly) and support outlet growth.
  • Manage attractive product display, maintain stock levels, and ensure outlet hygiene.
  • Handle billing, cash, and digital transactions accurately.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to support repeat sales and loyalty.
  • Actively participate in tastings, sampling campaigns, and promotions to boost sales.
  • Stay updated on nutrition, superfood trends, and new product launches.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Interest in health, nutrition, and traditional food products.
  • Sales-driven with strong convincing power.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory handling and POS systems.
  • Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in retail/FMCG/organic food sales preferred.
  • Freshers passionate about sales and healthy products are encouraged to apply.
