Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Sales Executive based in Kolkata. The Sr. Sales Executive will focus on driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes conducting market analysis, preparing detailed sales reports, managing key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the Sr. Sales Executive will contribute to strategic planning aimed at expanding MOL’s presence in domestic and international markets. Qualifications Sales and marketing skills, including experience in business development, key account management, and achieving revenue targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities to manage client interactions effectively. Market analysis and strategic planning skills to identify opportunities and align sales efforts with business goals. Experience working in the chemical or manufacturing industry is an advantage. Proficiency in preparing sales presentations and reports to track progress and develop actionable insights. Ability to work independently, demonstrate ownership of projects, and meet deadlines effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is essential; a master’s degree is desirable.
