Position: Event Sales Executive
Location: Moga, Punjab
Industry: Food & Beverage (Traditional, Organic & Healthy Products)

We are a specialty brand offering jaggery snacks, bhaji, jaggery-based sweets, superfoods, and other traditional healthy products. Along with retail sales, we also serve bulk orders for weddings, functions, and special events, bringing authentic taste and healthy traditions to celebrations.

Role Overview

The Event Planner will be responsible for promoting and managing sales of our jaggery snacks and bhaji for weddings, events, and bulk orders. The role requires strong networking skills, event coordination, and a passion for showcasing traditional foods in modern celebrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with wedding planners, caterers, event organizers, and families planning weddings/events.
  • Present our jaggery-based snacks, sweets, and bhaji as part of event food offerings.
  • Create customized bulk order packages for weddings and functions.
  • Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Participate in wedding expos, food tasting sessions, and community events to showcase products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers, wedding planners, and vendors.
  • Track leads, sales, and event-based revenue.
  • Achieve monthly and seasonal event sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to connect with wedding planners, caterers, and high-value customers.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation abilities.
  • Creativity in presenting products for events.
  • Knowledge of wedding/event industry trends is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Graduate preferred; event management background a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in event planning, catering sales, or wedding industry preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and passion for events can also apply.

Compensation

  • Base salary + attractive commission on event/bulk order sales.
  • Employee discounts on products.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 (depending on experience).
  • Attractive commission (2–4% per event order) + performance bonuses.
  • On-target monthly earnings: ₹25,000–₹45,000.
