Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer service as per company standards
Identify improvement areas, create action plans, and drive better customer scores
Ensure 100% SOP compliance through clear communication and follow-ups
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security through regular training and audits
Conduct competitor analysis and implement relevant best practices
Perform daily operational rounds to identify and resolve issues quickly
Monitor expenses, purchasing practices, and cost controls to improve margins
Drive revenue growth by aligning costs with business performance
Ensure full staffing, team development, engagement, and attrition control
Analyse performance, revenue trends, and market share; implement improvement plans
Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and authorities
Ensure all licenses and compliances are valid and up to date
