FET (Fire, Explosion and Toxics) Solutions is a premier, Global Safety Consulting and Training firm that specializes in Organizational, Process and Behaviour Safety working into PSM Implementation, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Management, Safety Culture transformation and BBS.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a key client-facing role, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


New Business Development

  • Identify and research potential clients in target industries such as chemicals, pharma, oil & gas, and manufacturing.
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach (emails, calls, networking, social media).
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Contribute in preparing customized pitch decks, proposals, and RFPs in collaboration with the marketing and technical teams.


Sales Execution

  • Understand FET Solutions’ service offerings in-depth and articulate value propositions effectively to potential clients.
  • Conduct client presentations, demos, and consultative discussions to identify challenges and propose tailored safety solutions.
  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Account Management

  • Serve as the key point of contact for existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Cross-sell services and training programs based on evolving client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor client feedback and conduct periodic reviews to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.


Collaboration to across cross-functional teams departments.


Qualifications & Skills:


Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering, business, or related fields).
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management—experience in consulting, safety, EHS, or industrial sectors is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Good-to-Have:

  • Prior experience working with decision-makers such as CXOs, safety heads, plant managers, or procurement teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
