Salary: ₹4.2 LPA – ₹7.2 LPA

What You’ll Do:


Lead Generation & Sales

  • Generate & nurture leads across US, UK, Canada, Australia & Middle East using AI-powered prospecting tools (Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—outreach, proposals, negotiations & closures.
  • Upsell & cross-sell SEO, Google Ads, Web Development & CRO services to new/existing clients.


Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth

  • Build strategic partnerships with companies that share the same ICP (e.g., design studios, IT consultancies, SaaS platforms).
  • Explore co-marketing opportunities such as joint webinars, newsletter swaps, and ecosystem collaborations.


Events & Networking

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, meetups, and trade events to expand visibility and connections.
  • Host/attend webinars and online events to position the brand as a thought leader.


Social Selling & Nurturing

  • Use LinkedIn & other platforms for personalized outreach, thought-leadership posting, and nurturing leads with AI-assisted content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to distribute case studies, insights, and video content that keep prospects engaged.


Client Engagement

  • Conduct consultative demos & marketing audits via Zoom/Google Meet.
  • Meet clients (virtually & in-person) to strengthen relationships and understand their evolving needs.


AI-Enabled Sales Ops

  • Use CRM (HubSpot/Zoho) AI features for automation, lead scoring, and follow-ups.
  • Apply AI analytics & forecasting tools to track pipeline health, conversion patterns & optimize performance.
  • Experiment with tools like ChatGPT, CrystalKnows, Clay, Lavender to personalize messaging and improve conversion.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of proven B2B sales/BD experience in digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Google Ads).
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets and building client relationships.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales stack for prospecting, research & follow-ups.
  • Ability to network, build partnerships, and represent the brand at events.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills (verbal, written, and social media).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: organized, self-driven, and growth-oriented.
