Job Title: Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing Sales

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Must have experience in Upwork bidding / digital marketing service sales)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn lead generation, and selling Digital Marketing Services. The ideal candidate should be skilled in generating leads, preparing proposals, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, email outreach, and other digital platforms.
  • Bid on Upwork projects, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals with international clients.
  • Sell digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads (SEM), Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Web Development & Branding solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target clients.
  • Communicate with prospects through email, calls, LinkedIn messaging & video meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Maintain CRM entries and track the complete sales funnel from lead to closure.
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets with strong follow-up and conversion strategies.
  • Create business presentations, pricing quotations, and case study demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Explore opportunities for upselling & cross-selling digital services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in BDE / Sales role in a Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Must have experience in Upwork bidding & proposal writing.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends.
  • Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals independently.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven & strong follow-up skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc., is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,560.59 - ₹25,002.71 per month
