Job Summary:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Promote and sell products/services to meet daily/weekly targets.

Build rapport with customers to understand their needs.

Update CRM with accurate customer interaction details.

Meet and exceed assigned sales KPIs.

Handle objections and turn leads into successful sales.

Follow-up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication in [English / Hindi / regional languages as needed].

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, email, Excel).

Prior BPO/Sales/Telecalling experience is a plus (not mandatory).
