Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in full stack development . The ideal candidate should be proficient in Golang , React JS, AWS Cloud Services, microservices, docker and CI/CD. Experience in Python , ML or Flutter is a plus. Drive DevOps practices and application deployments using AWS cloud services. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide architectural guidance. Promote continuous learning and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Act as a technology mentor and problem solver for both frontend and backend teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 6-8 years of experience in software development with a strong front-end and Back-end focus. - Expertise in Golang, AWS Cloud Services, microservices, and API integrations - Strong command over front-end technologies like ReactJS, Socket Programming. - Experience working with agile methodologies and using Jira for task and project tracking. - Proven experience in delivering projects from conception to release (E2E delivery). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code. - Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. - Strong leadership skills with experience managing small to mid-size development teams. - Ability to make informed technology choices and resolve technical conflicts. - Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
