Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify potential B2B & B2C clients via LinkedIn, email, calls, and referrals
  • Build a consistent pipeline of enterprise, SME, and startup clients

Client Engagement & Sales

  • Conduct discovery calls, requirement discussions, and solution pitching
  • Schedule and manage

    30–50 qualified meetings per month

  • Close deals independently or with senior sales leadership

Pipeline & CRM Ownership

  • Maintain accurate CRM records (leads, follow-ups, proposals, closures)
  • Track conversions, deal value, and sales velocity

Revenue & Target Ownership

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Drive

    new customer acquisition (3–6 customers/month)

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with presales, tech, and delivery teams for proposals and demos
  • Support onboarding of newly acquired clients

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Qualified Appointments:

    30–50 per month
  • New Customers:

    3–6 per month
  • Revenue Contribution:

    As per assigned target
  • Pipeline Health:

    Consistent deal flow & follow-up discipline

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Experience:

    1–3 years in Business Development / Sales / Account Executive roles
  • Education:

    MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Experience selling

    IT services, SaaS, digital solutions, or enterprise products

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with targets, cold outreach, and performance-driven culture
  • Experience using CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
