Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our international BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and consultative selling. This role demands a solid understanding of the global outsourcing market, especially in the US, UK, Canada, and APAC regions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective international clients in sectors such as healthcare, finance, e-commerce, and telecom. Understand client requirements and propose tailored BPO solutions that align with their business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential client segments. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and deal progress using CRM tools. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of proven experience in international business development or sales, preferably in a BPO or ITES environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong understanding of international markets, especially the US, UK, and other English-speaking countries. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills. Willingness to work in flexible shifts depending on target geography (e.g., US/UK time zones). Preferred Skills: Experience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc. Prior experience in outbound BPO sales or client acquisition.
