Job Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the drive to expand our client base through active engagement and partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT and Non-IT recruitment domains. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through meetings, calls, and networking activities.
• Conduct client visits for recruitment empanelment discussions and proposal presentations. Understand client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver quality staffing solutions.
• Develop targeted business strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Regularly follow up with clients for feedback, business continuity, and new opportunities. Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.
• Work closely with management to plan and execute business expansion initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or HR consulting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and committed to achieving targets.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and empanelment discussions.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
