Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our international BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and consultative selling. This role demands a solid understanding of the global outsourcing market, especially in the US, UK, Canada, and APAC regions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Understand client requirements and propose tailored BPO solutions that align with their business objectives.
