Type: Full-Time (2 Months Probation – Target Based)
Location: Hybrid / Field-Based (as per project requirements)
Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 Fixed + ₹20,000–₹40,000 Variable (Performance-Based)

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing clients across sectors such as education, wellness, and healthcare. This role demands strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to help each brand scale its reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients, partners, and institutions aligned with each brand’s goals.
  • Conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and pitch the company’s offerings effectively.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with colleges (BizVidya), gyms/wellness centers (Kefilo), and hospitals (Hiwox).
  • Drive revenue targets during the 2-month probation by achieving agreed client conversion goals.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and update CRM/reporting dashboards regularly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute onboarding and client success plans.
  • Analyze client feedback to suggest product and service improvements.
  • Represent the brand professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales (freshers with high drive are encouraged).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site when required.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Growth

  • Probation: 2 months purely target-based — achieving client acquisition goals is mandatory.
  • Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 fixed + ₹20,000–₹40,000 performance-based variable.
  • Successful completion of probation leads to a full-time role with higher incentives and leadership growth potential.
