About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong relationships with schools, and promoting our educational products and services. This role involves both field and in-office work, including school visits, client meetings, and sales presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit schools and educational institutions to promote company products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, coordinators, and decision-makers.
  • Maintain proper tracking of leads, meetings, and conversions.
  • Generate leads and follow up to convert them into business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors’ activities in the education sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech or Education sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence to interact with school authorities and decision-makers.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel for school visits and client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
