About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated International Business Development Executive to drive our export sales and expand our global footprint. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B international sales, export processes, and experience in handling overseas clients.
This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to identify new market opportunities, and confidence in representing the company to international buyers, distributors, and importers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and approach potential international clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and digital outreach.
  • Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and prospective overseas clients.
  • Handle end-to-end export sales cycle — from inquiry, negotiation, and quotation to order processing and delivery coordination.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely order execution, shipment tracking, and documentation.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth trends, competitive products, and potential export regions.
  • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual buyer-seller meets to promote company products.
  • Maintain accurate records of communication, sales leads, and performance metrics using CRM tools or Excel-based trackers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) for smooth export operations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with strategic follow-ups and business conversions.
  • Prepare and share periodic sales reports and market insights with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or Marketing.
  • 1–4 years of experience in international sales, exports, or B2B client handling (preferably in handicrafts, décor, lifestyle, or manufacturing industries).
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, payment terms (LC, TT), and logistics coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and email outreach tools.
  • A proactive attitude with strong negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple international accounts simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
