Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding the company’s customer base. This role requires a proactive approach to generating leads, nurturing relationships, and negotiating deals that align with the company’s growth objectives. The BDE will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategies that promote business growth and meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and prospects.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and regularly update lead statuses.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Work with the sales team to create and execute a strategic sales plan.
  • Identify and approach key decision-makers to pitch products/services.
  • Tailor sales presentations to meet the needs and preferences of different clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing support as needed.
  • Understand client needs and pain points to offer tailored solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation & Closing:
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company policies.
  • Handle objections and address concerns effectively to close deals.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that attract new business.
  • Collaborate with the product and service teams to stay up to date on offerings, features, and potential for upselling.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for contract agreements and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Analyze competitor activity and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Continuous Learning & Improvement:
  • Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
  • Attend relevant training and workshops to improve sales and business development skills.
  • Seek out new tools or methods that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business development principles and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
