Role Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth through strategic outbound sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. You will be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our services.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking events.
  • To understand their business needs, pain points, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Track and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Experience required - Minimum 2 years in the same.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Any related Field Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
